We are aware that scammers are calling customers impersonating our phone number and saying they are UBI staff members. The scammers are telling customers there is fraud on their account and giving them directions to go to a fraudulent website and click on a link to stop the fraud. If you receive a phone call like this, hang up immediately. Do not go to any websites or click on any links. If you have questions, call your local UBI office.
