United Bank of Iowa Donates to Community Basket
United Bank of Iowa recently donated $2,076 to Community Basket, based in Moville. The funds for this donation were raised during United Bank of Iowa's UNITED TOGETHER Makes the Difference Cause Day effort. Community Basket serves the Moville, Kingsley, Pierson, Anthon, Washta, and Correctionville areas. They provide food distribution to those in need including food delivery to homebound people and those without transportation. Community Basket also operates a thrift store with items for sale and encourage monthly donations of items such as socks, paper products, person hygiene products, gloves, hats, etc.
