United Bank of Iowa Donates 21 Acres of Land to the City of Sac City

We are proud to announce that United Bank of Iowa has donated 21 acres of woodlands to the City of Sac City. As a community bank, we are committed to supporting local growth, enhancing public spaces and helping build a brighter future for everyone. The gift will be instrumental in helping the community expand their park system, enhance outdoor recreation opportunities and preserve valuable natural resources.

The donated land, located North of Old Highway 20 and East of the North Raccoon River, features mature woodlands.
