Earlier this fall, Ryan Wolterman (Ag Loan Officer, Carroll) had the honor of representing UBI while being the guest speaker at the Carroll FFA Plot Days. With a degree in Agronomy and 20+ years of experience in the industry, this was the perfect outlet for Ryan to share his skills and experiences with students involved with agriculture. Here is what Ryan had to say about the event:

"...I talked about the importance of technology in agriculture and how to better utilize the information we already have to increase efficiency and make better agronomic decisions. Ultimately, the goal is to increase profitability through technology and information. I wanted to give the FFA members some guidance as they hopefully move forward with their own careers in agriculture."
