United Bank of Iowa

United Bank of Iowa recently donated $2,000 to the Ida Grove downtown mural project. The mural, which will be painted on the east wall of Harold Godbersen Park, is a project headed up by Ida Grove Community Partners. Meg Nakazawa, who has previously lived in Ida Grove and currently attends college in Los Angeles, California, has designed the mural and will be painting it in May and June.

On hand for the check presentation were Jean Burns, United Bank of Iowa, Kelsey Brosius, Community Partners, Owen Bolte, United Bank of Iowa, and Amy Forbes, Heather Bogue and Marcia Cates from Community Partners.
