United Bank of Iowa Donates to Upper Des Moines Opportunity

United Bank of Iowa recently donated $2,025 to Upper Des Moines Opportunity of Storm Lake. This money was raised during United Bank of Iowa's UNITED TOGETHER Makes the Difference Cause Day effort. Upper Des Moines Opportunity offers many programs and services to those in need including a food pantry, housing and energy assistance, crisis assistance, clothing and furniture, school supplies and so much more. The funds from this donation will be designated for use in Buena Vista County.

United Bank of Iowa employees from the Storm Lake office who were on-hand to present the check are Kellen Jacobson, Becky Blackman, Jake Schable, Yasmin Santizo Garcia, Araceli Chairez and Joe Noethe. Magdalena Reyes, representing Upper Des Moines Opportunity, accepted the donation.
